Helpful from initial survey and quotation to design advise to carrying out the works. Works were carried out efficiently and to a high standard with everything communicated to me well. Gav was employed to extend our driveway for us and did an excellent job of levelling the plot to allow this to be possible. The installation of the new drive has been affected by an issue with Marshalls delivering blocks which don't match their sample, completely outside of Gav's control. He has gone out of his way to try to solve the issues with them and flexing work schedules around issues, demonstrating flexibility, supportiveness, determination and patience - I could not have asked for more. The finished 30 square metre area in camel dust sandstone looks fantastic and perfectly matches our original vision. The paving was laid with real skill and precision. As with any project, there were a few minor adjustments along the way, but these were discussed openly and resolved without any fuss. Gavin and his team follow a specific method for constructing the entire paving base — and my advice is to trust the process. The result feels incredibly solid and includes a built-in weed barrier for long-term durability.
