  Needed a plumber to check a toilet that another plumber had installed previously. The first install was not carried out very well, but Stacey checked it over and gave us advice on our options. Helpful and friendly.

  Tap replacement

  Stacey did an excellent job replacing a tap for us. She was punctual, polite, and incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. The work was done quickly and to a high standard, and she left everything clean and tidy afterward. It’s so refreshing to find a tradesperson who’s not only skilled but also professional and approachable. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely call Stacey again for any future plumbing needs.

  New shower fitted

  We researched for a plumber based in Bourne to supply and fit a new shower unit for us together with a new toilet flusher and replacement basin waste. Stacey fitted the bill admirably for us carrying out the work professionally and courteously. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and we will certainly be using his services again.

  New taps in two sinks and general advice

  Great comms, flexible with timings and worked hard to find a solution to timings. Good job done, had to find another way to fix something due to unusual house fittings and did it well. Overall really happy with the job and took a card for next time. Not long moved in to the area and we've found our plumber now which is great.

  Leak in shower tray

  Contacted Stacey via WhatsApp as my shower was leaking through the ceiling, it was established the leak was down to the silicone I had used when I redecorated. It wasn't up to standard. Stacey made sure that everything was watertight again. Will definitely be a returning customer. THANK YOU 😊

  Sourced and fitted new kitchen tap.

  Stacey came out fix a leak and fit new tap at very short notice. Also found another leak which he sorted. Very courteous and extremely tidy. Would certainly use him again and definitely recommend to friends and family.
