John spent a long time to explain what was needed to replace old broken lock and was extremely patient and helpful. I highly recommend Grays and will certainly use them again

Danny arrived on time and quickly found the issue with the window lock. He explained what the problem was and replaced the handle and lock and also replaced the metal strip which housed the lock mechanism as that had gone out of line.

Noah installed a new burglar alarm at my daughter’s house. Suggested extra PIR and door contact when he came to survey and we went with his advice. Daughter thought it would be useful to have the app to control the system when she is at work so we went for that option too. Noah helped me with downloading the app as my daughter wasn’t there and I explained it to her when she got home. Work carried out very efficiently she now has to get used to using it. Final invoice was more than the initial quote but we did have extra add ons.

the installer Jody was very friendly and helpful and repaired my door in no time at all would highly recommend only booked earlier in the day too so super efficient with availability
