  100% HAPPY - Thank You (Hot Water Issue)

  We had no hot water and needed a plumber ASAP. I called Graham and explained our situation and the urgency of getting the problem sorted. He was with us the next morning, 1st call at 9 AM, as he said he would be bearing in mind I called mid-afternoon the day before. He worked out the problem, fixed it and at a reasonable cost with no call-out fee that most companies charge! Graham, himself, was very pleasant and took off his shoes when he came into the home. He came recommended by a neighbour on our neighbourhood WhatsApp chat group 100% I would recommend him and will use him going forward

  Bathroom radiator installation

  Graham is a pleasure to deal with - always replies to emails and text messages promptly. He came out quickly as an emergency call out to help me fix a problem with my shower, then when I wanted to install a new much larger heated towel rail in my bathroom he helped ensure radiator I was planning to get was appropriate for my heating system, the existing pipework could be connected and advised what new fixings I would need. He then installed new radiator for me with the minimum of fuss which given its size and weight was no mean feat! Radiator looks great, bathroom toasty and wife happy!

  Reworked pipework under kitchen sink.

  Graham reworked the pipework under my sink to accommodate a mains pressure reducing valve and a water softener. A tricky job in a confined space. Graham's pricing is transparent and reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
