Graham asked to review the problem with the toilet leak. He had a good look, then quoted the price which I accepted. I was very pleasantly surprised when he said he would start the job immediately. Graham came to look at the job before hand to check what needed doing and give us a quote. On the day he arrived promptly and did the job thoroughly and tidily. Graham fitted a new pump for me and did a fantastic job. The old pump was difficult to remove having seized in place but using his experience Graham found a way to remove it and then fit the new pump which works perfectly. I have used Graham several times before and he is 100% reliable, honest and very good value. I wouldn't use anyone else. First of all I am passionate on delivering a reliable, honest and friendly service with a policy of arriving on time, good communication and only advising on work that actually needs to be done, give written estimates and receipts with a 12 month labour warranty on every job carried out.
My name is Graham Atkins I live with my wife in Yateley, City and Guilds qualified I am the proprietor of G.R.A. Plumbing & Heating, a one man company specializing in general plumbing services from replacing a tap washer to full bathroom installation, as well as undertaking the following jobs, hot water cylinders, cold water tanks, toilet repairs, radiators, all types of showers, shower enclosures, kitchen sinks, fitting new taps, ball valves and many more.
No job too small, I will do anything. Also I do not charge VAT on my labour...
