  Professional and lovely!

  Had a downstairs extension done by GLR, and fully recommend. They were with us for 4/5 months with lots of different people/trades and they were all great, really polite and friendly and also very good with our kids which when in our house for so long is very important. Grant is very professional, and both he and the project manager Will were always very quick to answer our questions. We had a couple of unplanned mishaps (out of their control eg burst water pipe) and the way they dealt with it so quickly was incredible. Fully recommend and will be using again!

  Rear story extension

  We met with grant who seemed very professional with his suggestions. He answered all questions and queries we had.we were informed along the project what was happening and when. We now have a lovely first story rear extension on our property that we are very happy with. We would highly recommend glr and his team of workers.we are very happy and will be of course return to using them in the future for any other projects we may have and will be recommending them to friends and family too.

  Rear extension

  Had the pleasure of granting and his guys do my rear extension on my property due to an addition in the family we required more living space. From start to finish Grant was absolutely brilliant and nothing was too difficult to help accomplish our dream. His team of builders were brilliant also and very well mannered . Would highly recommend and if we ever need work doing in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ludlam construction
