  Poor Job!

  Work done on time. After raining, multiple leaks appeared. More leaks than before the job started! I asked for repairs.Repairs done. Further rainfall revealed at least 7 leaks.Despite many phone calls/texts, only one reply.An arranged date brought no action/response.I complained to Checkatrade.In reply installer said adequate job done despite the seven leaking joints! But after further repairs, another joint leaked! Since then, I have discovered broken roof tiles/holes and a random piece of tile/duct tape had been used to make one of their repairs! Poor job! Cannot recommend.

  It's just over a month since the work was scheduled to start. The company has not honoured their agreement, and has failed to make good on promise after promise to rectify their initial substand work. To be specific, the soffits were incorrectly fitted initally, and I complained to the owner and supervisor. They agreed the work was sub-standard and promised to remove the soffits and refit new ones as a minimum. They then claimed to have completed this in my absence, but I can see both in person, and from my security camera footage that this was not done, and have told them not to return.

  I am very sorry you are unhappy with the work. We installed OGEE guttering at your request as you was needing extra support to cope with heavy storms . One leaking gutter doesn’t warrant bad work and the tile we repaired for you for free.

  Removal and replacement of Soffits and Fascias

  The communication with Jo was great, The Her team worked really hard in challenging weather conditions to get the job completed. It was challenging due to access issues, the team were here daily at the agreed time and cleared away the debris daily, and I was shocked how much debris was created. During the work they noticed a couple of roof tiles missing, fortunately I had spares and they installed them while on their scaffolding. When the work was completed we walked around the house and picked up a few issues, these were resolved by Jo quickly. Good hard working team who can be relied on.
