  Non-working light on cooker hood

  Arrived on-time, and carrying replacement part (I had posted exact model and serial numbers on initial contact). Despite being a messy job with twenty years of accumulated gunge, job was quickly and cheerfully completed.

  Replacement integrated oven unit

  I needed a replacement for an integrated oven which was over 40 years old and could not be repaired. Needless to say, standard measurements are all different now. He suggested a unit that would fit within the carcass but had to build a new shelf on which to put it as the new oven is smaller than the old. He also had to fit a panel at the back of the remaining space to stop items falling down. The job was done to my satisfaction and in a timely and respectful manner.

  Replacing combination oven element

  Following initial survey 3-4 weeks ago. Grange returned, as scheduled, to fit replacement element. The job was far more involved than I expected but all carried out competently and tidily. Oven now working perfectly.

  Washing machine repair

  Very quick response - within an hour: guidance provided that repair was not worthwhile, because replacement part would be close to that of a new machine.
