We have been meaning to write this review for ages but we have been too busy enjoying the wonderful garden that Tom, Les and the team completed for us earlier in the year. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional, and the guys worked so hard often late into the evenings to complete what was a very large project well within schedule. We presented Tom with our design and he helped make it a reality for us with a mix of porcelain, granite, block edging and artificial grass circles, the garden is outstanding and we absolutely love it. What a fabulous space to make family memories, thank you!

Les came out & gave a verbal quote for laying a summer house base. They arrived on the day stated but later than originally agreed. Approx 30 mins later they spoke to us saying that the job had been under quoted & that it would cost double the original price. We said no & they offered to leave the wooden sleepers if we paid £300. We requested a receipt showing the promised guarantee for the sleepers which we received a photo of, we spoke to the timber merchant who said the document had been falsified as they offer no such guarantee.

Grand Designs carried out front drive and rear garden patio cleaning and pointing services at my home in one day. I was delighted with my choice . I was very impressed with the standard of workmanship and the prompt and efficient way in which the job was completed. The work was carried out by Tom who was friendly, helpful and professional in every way. I was delighted he offered to point a rear conservatory step and mend my broken arbour seat all at no extra cost . I thoroughly recommend Garden Designs and would have no hesitation in employing their services at some future date.

Tom and the guys from Grand Designs were excellent from start to finish. They completed the job to a supers standard, couldn’t be happier with the work. They were professional and respectful.
