  Great experience. Friendly, explained what was wrong in simple terms, professional and even let himself in and out of our home as he knew I was working. Diagnosed what he thought the issue was over the phone and came out the SAME DAY I called, and confirmed it. He then ordered the faulty part for next day delivery and replaced the faulty part on that next day and we now have hot water again. Easy and fast service, also great communication. Wouldn't look anywhere else now. Thanks Geoff, we are truly grateful
