  Old kitchen rising damp

  Would definitely recommend Graham Warner and his guys. All easy and simple to deal with from the initial survey to completion of the work. Rob, Adrian & Chris were great, cracked on and were methodical, clean and tidy throughout. Considering this work is very messy and dusty they were brilliant. Thank you.

  Damp

  Graham came to my house and promptly found the source of penetrating damp. I was also reassured that the property was clear of rising damp. A written detailed survey followed which clarified the specifications needed to rectify this issue. A professional, experienced, friendly service. Thank you! I now have peace of mind.

  Damp patch on basement wall

  I received a positive survey and estimate, including much useful information. The team who carried out the work were timely, efficient, friendly, and took great care to protect the rest of the property from the work being carried out. On completion of what looked to me to be excellent work of removing the old plaster, damp-proofing, then re-plastering, they cleaned up thoroughly and effectively. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Damp investigation, proofing and repair of wall

  I wasn’t sure why my walls had damp patches and what looked like foam coming out of them, I spoke with 2 builders who couldn’t determine the cause then got in touch with Graham, who could instantly tell the problem, his team were lovely and very efficient, they identified the cause and removed the damp, put in damp proofing then repaired the wall leaving no mess! Highly recommend for any damp concerns

  Internal walls in two bedrooms with bubbling plaster

  Having approached another company who were less than helpful , Graham immediately put our minds at rest. He confidently identified the problem came up with a solution and provided a quotation all within an acceptable time frame. The work was carried out on time the crew were polite, friendly, tidy , cleared the site each night and have achieved an excellent result. Very professional. Even providing instructions for redecoration. Hopefully we won’t have to but if we have anymore damp issues we will have no hesitation in using Graham again.
