Graham did not wish to quote for the job once he heard I needed him to first take a look at the job before quoting, and that other electricians would also be quoting for the job. He said he had too much work.

Graham worked tirelessly to make sure we had some hot water on first day until parts could be obtained. He kept us informed on each step, went above and beyond to get parts needed and worked professionally, and neatly. Would highly recommend.

Graham arrived on time & spent a few minutes getting the layout of this unusual property with fixtures & fittings everywhere. He then spent some time inside the consumer unit & after 15-20 minutes came to me & told me the bad news regarding the EICR. There was no point carrying on from there & Graham would only take half the agreed fee. Graham laid everything out on what was wrong/damaged/incorrectly fitted & gave me rough estimates on price to fix. Knowledgeable, friendly & good communicator. Recommended.
