Graeme has been brilliant fixing what was a major rising damp issue throughout our 1850 built house. I was particularly pleased to be given a thorough explanation of the problem, the solution and how the work would be completed. He’s left no mess, put all wood work back as best as he possibly can and the quality of plastering has required little sanding ready for decorating. As would be expected in a job this big, we’ve had a need to follow up, Graeme has been responsive and visited next day to resolve any issues or to help out. If you have a damp problem, I highly recommend Graeme!

I found Graeme Rudd on a CheckaTrade flyer that was delivered through our post box. From the first interaction with Graeme Rudd (setting the appointment for the initial review) to the final inspection of the completed job, Graeme Rudd was professional and did exactly what he said he would be doing. I am therefore very satisfied with the job. Subsequent to this completion, the cause of the damp damage was revisited by an insurance company expert, who said the damp proofing job had been done expertly and in his opinion, was very good. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
