  Brilliant work in transforming loft and creating access through stairway

  Brilliant work as usual from Grace Improvement. Martyn and Kevin transformed a loft accessed by ladder to one with a proper staircase. Have nothing but praise for the quality of the work, the way they tidy up as they go, their helpfulness and friendliness and all done well on time and to a reasonable budget. Have relied on them for previous work over the years and they never disappoint. Very highly recommend them.

  Superb job completed by Grace Improvements

  Martyn and Kevin put on a new slate conservatory roof, installed bifold doors and a new wooden floor. I cannot praise them enough. They have completed the job to an extremely high standard in a short time frame and for a reasonable price. They are professional, efficient and kept everywhere so clean and tidy whilst they were working that there was hardly any disruption. I am delighted with the finished job. This is the third time they have done work for me - they also replaced all my windows and fascias and soffits. I highly recommend them.

  Dormer construction, internal stud work, new en-suite installation

  Martyn and Kevin undertook significant work for us, and we're delighted with the quality of the outcome. The works involved creation of a substantial dormer window, redevelopment of the bedroom space and installation of a new bath/shower room. This is the second time we've used Grace Improvements, and I'd strongly recommend them for any works of this nature. Martyn and the team are very reliable with their working time and will always communicate on any changes. Their prices were very fair, the work was done in a reasonable timeframe, and the house was kept tidy and clean throughout.

  Replacement of all doors and windows

  Martyn and team were absolutely brilliant. Despite some setbacks from the heritage foundation, martyn was professional and knew exactly what was needed to get the permissions required in our local area. The job itself has been done to a very high standard, the team cleaned up so well after the work and were always very professional, knowledgeable and courteous at a price that represents great value for money. We would highly recommend martyn and the grace improvements team. Thank you!
