GP Flooring turned up on time after good communication and got straight to the job in hand - laying sisal in two rooms. They worked quickly and neatly and we are very happy with the finished job. Highly recommend.

I made it clear multiple times that I was unhappy with the underlay that was used. After acknowledging that it was lumpy and inferior quality, I was told “It is why it is”. Midway through the job I was told that we needed to use vinyl when I had been quoted for laminate and had to barter to get the originally agreed work carried out. Also ended up having to pay extra to have all the excess flooring and waste cleared as there was already a pile outside and “this wasn’t quoted for”. Would not recommend. Will not use again.

The guys were excellent!! Friendly and experienced gentlemen, very personable and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Gerry was the first one to reply to my request, he asked for measurements and photos. When he said he would phone he did. He arrived on time at the earliest available day. Gerry did a very good job he was polite and a very nice man. We thought the price was very reasonable for the job. We would certainly have him back and certainly recommend him.

Had a really old carpet and the floorboards were uneven and unbearably creaky. They came in, took a look at the floorboards, came back a few days later and fixed them completely. Allowed us as much time as we needed to then paint the walls before coming back and installing new carpets. Punctual and professional, final result is perfect. Would recommend and will be reaching out to them again for future projects!
