I made it clear multiple times that I was unhappy with the underlay that was used. After acknowledging that it was lumpy and inferior quality, I was told “It is why it is”. Midway through the job I was told that we needed to use vinyl when I had been quoted for laminate and had to barter to get the originally agreed work carried out. Also ended up having to pay extra to have all the excess flooring and waste cleared as there was already a pile outside and “this wasn’t quoted for”. Would not recommend. Will not use again.

Sorry mr wilsher feels like that, we went behond like we always do. When we arrive, the fireplace was half taken up and in a mess, I sorted it because we couldn’t start work, the step to the kitchen had to be rebuilt which I did,all for no extra cost.
