We had a great experience with GP Developers. From the initial visit to the final walkthrough, they were professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. The quality of their work is outstanding; our home renovation was completed to the highest standard. They were also excellent at communicating, keeping us informed every step of the way. The project was completed on time and within our budget. We couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-quality builder.

I have used GP Developers many times over the years and have always found them to be reliable and always able to provide expert services whether it’s building work, plumbing or electrics. In our last house they carried a superb extension and knock through to bring light and space to two rooms which just “didn’t work” as they were. Best thing of all, they keep me calm during the build which means everyone’s happy!

From start to finish, Grant and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They turned up every day bright and early, every worker was professional and friendly. We changed a few details along the way which was not a problem. Can throughly recommend GP Developers.

GPD worked quickly and provided high quality work. The team were total professionals, on budget and finished on time. They were even brilliant with our kids! We would highly recommend and trust no one else with our future home renovations!

We needed £20,000 of repair and tanking to party walls, replacement of wooden oak flooring and a variety of other bits my wife dreamed up. GP were recommended through a local community WhatsApp group. They were extremely efficient and tidy, the work was carried out to a very high quality and finish and they returned to complete snagging without being asked. AND they came in on budget. Can't ask for more than that except my wife has somehow found more things for them to do that I had no idea we so desperately needed. I think GP are moving in...

We did and extension and internal refurbishment, really high quality work, very friendly, did it for the agree price, trustworthy, and finished on time, couldn't be happier, would 100% recommend
