Our toilet broke on a Sunday and after using checkatrade to find an emergency plumber, contacted GoTo Plumbing, based on the number of excellent reviews. Jamie came out that day, identified the problem and carried out a temporary fix. He returned in the week with the parts, very carefully dismantled the toilet, ensuring no damage to our floor or wall tiling, replaced the defective parts, reassembled the toilet, carefully applied mastic sealant and everything was as good as new. Jamie was courteous, professional and very clean and tidy in his work. Fair pricing. Highly recommended.
