10 One of the nicest and most reliable tradesmen

Job location: BH9John, as always, Came to our rescue. He fitted a new bathroom and a new shower in our on suite about 5 years ago. since then he has come back on a couple of occasion to sort out bits and pieces. The latest was a broken toilet seat. But it was not a standard shape so he had to source it. Then he came to fit it. 5* service and always with such good humour.10 Goes above & beyond. 10/10 service.

John kindly carried out some remedial work on an old bathroom we inherited when buying a house. Superb service from John Maxwell he installed our new bathroom nearly two years ago and when we recently had a couple of minor problems he attended quickly fixed the issue at no charge and said it was goodwill. 10 Amazing plumber - can see why he gets 10/10

Late Friday afternoon, we discovered a leaking pipe in our bathroom. After phoning John, he established the extent of the problem, advised on how we could stabilise the situation and verified that we still had access to drinking water downstairs. John graciously came out on the Saturday and made repairs, fitted a mixer tap and supplied an alternate (better) shower head. John was courteous, efficient, kind and cleaned up.
