I recently had internal and external repairs and renovations carried out by Gosai Construction Ltd, including plastering, plumbing, painting, and tiling. I found them through the Federation of Master Builders website while searching for reliable builders local to North London, and I’m very glad I chose them. They have a large, well-coordinated team and were able to start the project within weeks of providing the quote. We recently used this team for a full renovation of our kitchen and bathroom, including knocking down walls, flooring, tiling, plumbing, electrics, and more, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They turned up on time every day, often stayed late to keep things moving, and completed the job within the original timeframe, even though the scope of work turned out to be bigger than expected. The level of professionalism and work ethic was exceptional. What really stood out was how clean and tidy they were — they made a real effort to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day.

We remodeled our kitchen and put a new floor with Gosai. I gathered a few quotes beforehand and Gosai was somewhat in the middle of the pack, so I thought we should be safe with them. We liked the thorough explanation during the first visit that the manager Shiv gave us. The workers were really friendly, addressing our concerns and trying to protect the house from dust. Shiv addresses our concerns promptly, so we fixed all minor things eventually and now are enjoying our great new kitchen
