He came out on a Sunday to fix the fan in my oven. Very friendly and had to spend ages getting the fan to work at a very reasonable price.

It was identified that the job was much bigger than just a door seal, so we were advised to get a new machine rather than try to repair it as it wouldn’t solve the problem. Really appreciated the honesty, as have had experiences with others in the past where they’ve taken the money even though they know it won’t fix the problem!

Professional, arrived promptly, respected my house and removed shoes. I had suggested shoe covers as tradesmen may need to have shoes on for safety handling heavy appliances but he removed shoes instead. The washing machine door part was ordered and repaired on a second visit. Very reasonable price.
