New heating element fitted in our dishwasher. The job was done same-day, within a few hours of putting details on Check-a-Trade. The engineer went out of his way, fitting a new longer hose to make future maintenance easier, and took care to explain what he was doing and why. A very nice man, who chatted with my elderly mother and set her at ease, and he did a great job very promptly.

I would highly recommend this appliance engineer. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, which made the whole experience very easy and reassuring. One of the biggest advantages is that he works weekends, which meant I didn’t have to take time off work — a real bonus. It was clear that he really knows his trade and is capable of repairing a wide range of appliances. He also took the time to give practical, honest advice, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be keeping his details for future use and will be recommending him to friends and family. A great find! .
