Davinld is professional and friendly, he immediately diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher and made repairs. He explained the issue and demonstrated it's resolution, requesting we use the dishwasher on different programmes over the next couple of days and to message him that all was okay. Excellent service.

Within 10 minutes of requesting a quote/ call out I had a call arranging a visit for later the same day despite it being a bank holiday. I was so happy that my machine could be fixed and so quickly too. Never felt more at ease with a repair man in my home, explained the issue and resolve to me clearly. Very lovely gentleman and have no hesitation recommending to my friends and family should a repair be needed
