  Structural work and kitchen replacement.

  We recently used Goodwin Restorations for the installation of a new kitchen and the addition of a downstairs toilet. They discovered serious structural issues regarding an old chimney. Goodwin's quickly sorted out a structural engineer to assess the problem, studied the report and quoted for the repairs. The work was completed promptly (steel support joists and wooden braces), signed off by B,ham council and eventually our kitchen could be fitted. We are really grateful for their support in rectifying issues we knew nothing about. We are very pleased with out new kitchen and recommend them.

  Problem solved!

  Goodwin Restorations responded quickly to assess the problem of replacing my bath taps, a job several other firms had declined. Ryan worked out a solution and replaced them quickly and efficiently. I can thoroughly recommend Goodwins.

  Bathroom shower instllation

  Complete bathroom refurb

  Everything was fantastic from the moment I first contacted Goodwin Restorations. Great communication and advice. The first part of our bathroom renovation was completed while we were away on holiday. We had complete confidence giving Ryan a key whilst we were away. We were abroad for the first week, we were kept up to date with any issues, as it's our only bathroom we had requested that we had a working shower and toilet on our return, Ryan worked really hard to ensure we had what we needed. Always on time and a really tidy worker. We're thrilled with our bathroom. Excellent work

  Bathroom and Ensuite Fitting

  We had one bathroom and two en-suites fitted back-to-back with Goodwin Restorations. The bathroom supplies and design were provided by City Plumbing in Kingstanding. Overall, I would say the experience with Goodwin was excellent. Quotes were provided reliably and clearly before the work commenced, with no hidden or additional costs at the end. The fitting process was highly professional. Ryan and Adam arrived when they said they would and even completed the work slightly ahead of schedule. The quality of their workmanship was first-rate, and I would highly recommend.

  Bathroom refurbishment

  Had to find a contractor as fussy with his work as I am with mine, a very keen DIYer for 50 years. First met Ryan Goodwin when he visited to view and quote. After some time and consideration we asked him to proceed. The work is now finished, Friday 28th March, and Ryan has proved that there is a contractor as fussy as me. We, my wife and I, have been very impressed with his knowledge, quality of work, attention to detail, dust control measures etc, a very pleasant, considerate and hardworking person. Would we ask him back for other work? definitely.
