Kelvin attended ASAP, and after tests he recommended money-saving manufacturer repair for main boiler fault which required two visits from Vaillant, then he returned to complete further repairs to the system. Excellent communication, very friendly and helpful, and excellent work to complete the repair.

Fast response and great service

As a landlord, when a tenant reports a fault, I need a reliable professional plumber, and possibly urgently. This week, I had two issues, firstly a water leak under kitchen sink from a washing machine feed for a vulnerable tenant. I rang Kelvin and explained and he attended and fixed leak within 3 hours. The second was a leaking flexible gas pipe from the meter. SGN had attended and turned off gas supply for a young family. It was now 5pm on a Friday. Kelvin attended, assessed what parts were needed and returned early Saturday morning and restored the supply. Kelvin's a godsend for my business
