Following removal of a wall which a normal hinged door originally opened on to, it was no longer feasible to replace this door with a similar one . However we wished to re install a new matching tough and groove half glazed door and Rob suggested a sliding door on a top rail instead. He made a bespoke door for this purpose to match the other existing doors. He installed the top rail and door professionally and efficiently and we are very pleased with the finish overall

Rob supplied and fitted oak worktops for our kitchen. He was very helpful when providing a quote, giving us options with photos and prices. Once we agreed the work, he was prompt at fitting us in and flexible with dates to work for us. Rob worked efficiently and had great communication at key points, checking I was happy with shaping and measurements. He oiled the worktops and showed us how to maintain them. I highly recommend Rob and will be using his services again.

We have recently used Goodwin joinery to make a bespoke wall unit and bookcase together with housing for a pull down bed. The quality of the work exceeded my highest expectations - it is rare to see such quality craftmanship and at an extremely competitive price. The work was completed on time within budget and each day any mess was cleared. Rob was absolutely amazing, from star to finish. Arrived at eight each morning to fit the new sash window. Both widows were on the 1st floor and access to one was difficult but he found a way. He was very professional and the quality of his work was outstanding. He completed the whole job including pointing the new widow to the tiles and installing new lead. Very happy with his work and will be using him again.
