I do not like harming any creatures and it was important to me to find someone who was understanding of my beliefs and respectful. With a wasp problem at hand, I am so happy that I found Marius. Communication was excellent - he took time and patience to respond to my many questions via email and phone. On the day, he arrived on time and dealt with the matter swiftly and confidently. He explained to me what to expect and was sensitive to my concerns. He informed me that I could contact him should I have any concerns. I would highly recommend the Goodwin Environmental team for any pest control needs. Marius was quick to respond, the quote highly competitive and reasonably costed. Communication excellent throughout. Marius and Mark were polite, punctual, and worked so hard to solve the problem, in humid conditions. They did a thorough excellent job, clearing all waste. The loft was left pristine, sanitised, fumigated, all waste disposed of safely and future prevention put in place. Genuine and trustworthy guys who excel at their trade. Marius and Mark were outstanding. Marius called me back immediately and visited that very evening to carry out a full survey of my loft. By the end of the night I had a detailed, costed quote—with extremely competitive pricing—to review. Once I gave the go-ahead, both Marius and Mark arrived punctually each day and worked tirelessly. They cleared out the space, addressed every issue they found, and even fixed my broken loft hatch without me asking.
