good communication and great job done - would use again

After building work I required a deep clean in advance of tenants moving in. A team of 4 did an outstanding job ensuring the house was in fantastic shape, real attention to detail, chrome work sparkling, shutters cleaned and polished a really professional service

Each of the 3 cleaners cheerful and polite . They turned up exactly on time and got straight down to a 6 hour job. They kept me well informed as to their progress and timing and left the flat sparkling .

Good Old Clean responded so promptly to my ad, and gave a great price. The cleaners who came, Light and Ishida(? not sure on the spelling, sorry!) were both super friendly as well as being quick and efficient! The flat ended up probably cleaner than it's ever been! I especially appreciated the attention to detail: the insides of the washing machine seal, the divots in the showerhead, every place I could think to check had been thoroughly cleaned! Good Old Clean was a pleasure to work with. Jonathan’s terms of reference was clear to begin with and he was very responsive. He was also open to discuss some additional special requests from us and accomadated us. On the day of, the team led by Calvin came right on the clock and were friendly and professional. We worked with them for an after builders clean and they were happy to listen to our special requests. They left on their estimated time and left the place spotless. Would certainly work with this company again for any other cleaning needs.
