What a brilliant experience booking Good Moves Ltd. to move house early December - they couldn't have been more wonderful, and Taff, Connor & Dan worked tirelessly on the day, even when there was a delay between properties; they remained upbeat, friendly, and humorous, and worked so hard - great guys! We didn't move far, but from a bungalow to a multi-storey flat, up 2 flights of steps and some awkward corners to even get to the front door. They did all this as it was getting dark / after dark, and the weather wasn't great. All three an absolute credit to this super company - HUGE thanks!

At fairly short notice, Ben was able to come round and provide a competitive quote and then, on the day, the team, who were very friendly, helpful and thoughtful, arrived when they said they would. They had a few challenges to contend with, such as a piano and an American style fridge freezer but they took them in their stride. Everything was moved without damage and put where needed or requested. Thank you to the Good Moves team.

We found Good Moves through checkatrade. Ben did a home visit and got back to us with a quote within 48 hours of submitting a request. His communication right up until the day of our move was brilliant. The 3 men we had on our removal were fantastic. They all worked so hard, were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to use Ben and his team again, and I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all making what could have been a stressful experience, seamless.

Good Moves Ltd were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ben’s communication was excellent throughout, clear, reassuring and always prompt. The price was very fair for the level of service — I’d honestly have paid more. Taff, Connor and Dan were incredible: friendly, careful and unbelievably hard-working. They carried everything up several flights of stairs in rain and darkness without ever slowing down. Despite awkward access in an old Arts & Crafts building, they stayed upbeat, organised and made a stressful day feel surprisingly easy. Truly outstanding service.

Ben and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Very friendly, incredibly helpful, and truly professional. They worked hard all day, handled everything with care, and made the whole move stress-free. Highly recommend them for anyone needing a reliable and hardworking removal team!
