From the minute I spoke to Jackie & Jim I was so impressed by the professional approach, the communication , timely information and the collaboration on planning our move. This translated into a smooth, supportive and highly effective and efficient move by a team of really nice, helpful guys at every step of the way between Croydon and Essex. They made it all as easy as possible including keeping the focus on the customer especially around insurances, no waivers for timekeeping and addition costs hidden in T&Cs that I found with other companies.
