Ian Gooderham's polite, knowledgeable and a very professional approach to the work he's undertaken in our home is second to none! He provided us with absolute peace of mind throughout the undertaking, and should the need ever arise to make use of a plumbing service in the future, we will, in all honestly, not hesitate to use Gooderham and Son again. Ian was very helpful and managed to work around his busy day to come and sort out a toilet leak quickly, on the same day I contacted him. Not only he carried out the work to a high standard, he also explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to repair it. Ian was brilliant, very quick to respond to any communications, arrived perfectly on time, polite, friendly, knows what he's doing.
