The whole process of the installation of my solar panels and battery from the initial visit by the salesman, the survey and the installation itself were very professional and efficient. I am delighted with the result, it is very neat and the equipment and cabling is unobtrusive. The first battery that was installed failed shortly after commissioning (no fault of JPS), but they installed a replacement the next day which was brilliant. Highly professional service from start to finish. All staff and workmen have been polite friendly and courteous and the finished job is to an exceptional standard.
