  Such a lovely man, went above and beyond. Took the bed apart and brought the carpet outside for me without having to ask. He’s done an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier!!

  It was explained to me that the carpet has lost its grip in places but the member of staff did the best job he could and I am happy.
