We recently had the pleasure of working with Waqas to install a sisal carpet on our stairs, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Waqas was brilliant—serious, committed, and incredibly professional. His deep knowledge of natural fibre carpets was evident throughout, and it’s clear he truly understands the product inside and out. Stair installations can be tricky, but Waqas handled it with absolute precision. What impressed us most was his stamina and work ethic—he worked non-stop for 8 hours, maintaining focus and attention to detail the entire time. Went above and beyond and fitted our whole house with amazing finish and precision and within quick time. Made our stressful moving process much more manageable! What can I say?! Honestly 10/10 from start to finish - super quick to communicate, made easy work of measuring and allowing us to pick the carpets. Had a quote over within hours AND came to do fitting on a Sunday so no messing around. Even came back bank holiday Monday to make a couple of tweaks we requested.
