    Very good communication, very helpful with estimating total carpet needed, fitter was very professional, worked to the highest standards, could not fault the experience from start to finish. We will be using again for all ground floor rooms, stairs and hall.

    Honestly, incredible from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout, and no question or request felt like too much. No pushy sales tactics either, which made a big difference. I had lino fitted in the hall, kitchen, and my daughter’s room, with carpet on the stairs and landing—and it has completely transformed how the house feels. Waqas was brilliant: professional, respectful, friendly, and genuinely went the extra mile. I’ll 100% be booking again to carpet my bedroom and fit lino in the dining room and bathroom once I’ve finished decorating. They’ve got a customer for life. Thanks🥰
