Gold Zone came and repaired my ridge tiles. Very pleased a good job, pleasant and easy to deal with.

I had a leak in my chimney goldzoneroofing came around and spotted the problem straight away Ruben explained my flashing around my chimney was old & weatherd and needed replacing also the pointing was shabby. They got me booked in on the following week they did a brilliant job looked fab. Very friendly team definitely would recommend

i had a vicious leak in my roof. so i contacted gold zone roofing. they managed to get out to me very quickly. they found where the water was getting it within 15 minutes and had me booked in for the following day as it was an emergency. very happy with the work and time schedule. my roof is now water tight. definitely recommend these guys

We had Steel City come out to repair a leak in our flat roof above a converted garage that is now an office. The leak was minor, but we decided to have a full roof replacement to avoid recurring issues in the future. Once we agreed the quote we found communication became poor, the job didn't start when it should have, we had to continually chase updates and were never given times for when they would be turning up. The roof has now been in place for two weeks and is leaking in multiple places, including water pooling around an electrical socket and causing damage to new walls and ceiling.

They approached me after I put out my query on check a trade. They came and priced up the work. They seemed informative and helpful at this stage. They provided a quote and I agreed to the job. On the day they did not give me notice of attending. There were multiple incidents. One, the roofer dropped his tile cutter which flew down and banged on a lower roof (breaking a tile) and then onto my patio. Two, the tiler broke 2 coffee mugs. Three, all rubble that came from the old ridge tiles was dropped onto my drive creating damage to the tarmac. I complained, no repairs have been carried out yet.
