Job location: TN23Absolutely brilliant job from Goldwell Landscaping & Groundworks. They installed a new patio for my dad, and it has completely transformed his garden. The finished patio looks amazing and has made such a difference to the whole garden. Really impressed with the quality of the work, attention to detail and how tidy everything was left afterwards. Had some soft landscaping done by Goldwell Landscaping & Groundworks and couldn’t be happier with the results. Owen and the team were amazing, going above and beyond throughout the job. 7 days turned into a hellish nightmare of over 4 weeks, and I still have issues with the work carried out. To begin we were asked to pay our deposit with promise the work would start a week earlier than planned but it didn't I can only assume cash flow problems. Incorrect materials were ordered and incorrect machinery for the job, and there were jobs he wasn't able to complete due to lack of experience which we were told could done when quoted for. The problems we highlighted were brushed aside and inadequately fixed, we were made to feel in the wrong and a nuisance. Don't recommend at all.Verified reviewerJob location: CT209 Ramp
