Goldtier replaced an old decking area with a paved patio with a retaining wall made from sleepers, handrail and steps, and paved a side passageway. I found John to be very helpful and responsive and his team were pleasant to have around. The workmanship was excellent and took around a week to complete. They tidied up well at the end of each day. I am very pleased with the results and found the price to be very fair and reasonable.

John and his team worked very hard through a heatwave to lay new turf in my garden. He was on time, communicated throughout, and completed the job quickly and to a high standard. They also left my garden in a tidy state once finished, which not every tradesperson cares to do. Would have no hesitation to recommend John, and we hope to have him back in the future.

Gold Tier responded promptly to our request for a slope to replace 3 garden steps, for a new concrete path to replace the existing broken one leading to a smaller slope up to the garden shed. Their estimate was competitive and the detailed quote acceptable. Our relatively small job was slotted into their busy schedule and the project has been completed on time. The workmen were always polite and friendly as well as patient in explaining details of how the work would be done. They worked hard in this hot weather. No music or smoking on site

I had gold tiers leaflet dropped through my door and decided to give it a chance and call them a week later they came out and gave me a free quotation that was reasonably priced. The lads arrived early but not to early and stripped of the roof of the old worn out felt and disposed of all the wase before putting on a brand new 3 layer felt system with 2 underlays and 1 top coat and gave me a 15 year guarantee. They kept me updated from start to finish and all in they were a freat company to work with. Would definitely recommend
