Very pleased, Rhys came round and sorted out the wasps for me, he was lovely and friendly and very informative! I haven’t seen them since so a job well done! I won’t hesitate to use this company again for whatever pest reason!! Thankyou 😊

Rhys was great, everything was fully explained, he was punctual and very thorough and the wasps have already calmed down, not so many angry little bullets flying around! I was really quite anxious when I saw so many disappearing under the guttering into a hole but that all disappeared once the force turned up and dealt with it! Thankyou so much 😁

Excellent communication and very reasonable price. The wasp nest was positioned high up on the outside of the house but Dave took his life in his hands and removed the nest. Thoroughly recommend Gold Standard Pest Control and will definitely use them, if required, in the future.

We called Wendy when we discovered evidence of rats in our loft. She immediately mobilsed Rhys to drop by and assess the situation. He was prompt and thorough in tracking down how the rat(s) were getting in. In total we had three visits. Firstly to lay out poison and two follow up visits to confirm that the problem was resolved. Very professionally handled.

I rang Wendy from Gold Standard pest control at 4.45pm in floods of tears as I had a mouse infestation. By 6pm Rhys was at my house to sort the problem. He set traps and gave me lots of advice. Later that evening, I received a message from Wendy checking I was ok as so upset when I rang her. Rhys carried out a further 3 visits doing a full assessment each time with a written report. We have now got on top of the issue but I cannot thank Rhys and Wendy enough. They got the job done but also cared about how I was. They definitely are the Gold Standard and I can't fault them.

The pest control company were excellent, they arrived on time and the operator was very polite, and told me all what he was doing, they also caught the squirrel which was in my loft, very professional, highly recommended
