I rang Wendy from Gold Standard pest control at 4.45pm in floods of tears as I had a mouse infestation. By 6pm Rhys was at my house to sort the problem. He set traps and gave me lots of advice. Later that evening, I received a message from Wendy checking I was ok as so upset when I rang her. Rhys carried out a further 3 visits doing a full assessment each time with a written report. We have now got on top of the issue but I cannot thank Rhys and Wendy enough. They got the job done but also cared about how I was. They definitely are the Gold Standard and I can't fault them.

The pest control company were excellent, they arrived on time and the operator was very polite, and told me all what he was doing, they also caught the squirrel which was in my loft, very professional, highly recommended

Great service, dealt with me and the situation in a quick, professional, friendly and respectfull way. I was reassured and know I can call on them again if needed. From Wendy in the office, Dave who did 1st visit and Rhys who did subsequent visits, I can say I am very happy with service provided and happy to recommend.

Communication was excellent, work was completely quickly and tidily. The team were polite and courteous. It was an easy, hassle free interaction. Would highly recommend.

Would recommend this company for wasp control. The communication was excellent, they were very friendly and they arrived on time to do the job as arranged. They completed it very quickly and explained that I should keep doors & windows closed for the next few hours. After a few hours all wasp activity seemed to have stopped. I was advised to check again in a few days and if I saw any they would come back and apply a second treatment at no extra charge. Additional nice touch was a plain van - some people may not want all their neighbours to see what pests they are dealing with.

I messaged Gold Standard in the evening and got an immediate response . Wendy arranged for two technicians to arrive at my property within 2 days. They sprayed the infested area and activity outside stopped. However there was still activity in the loft and I messaged Wendy again and she arranged for Dave to revisit. This required him to go into the loft and respray. This was all carried out quickly and professionally and nothing was too much trouble.I have every confidence in this company and have no hesitation in using them in the future as they are professional and caring too .
