In a word EVERTHING.

Fantastic communication from start to finish! If I could give more than 10 I would . Everything was great from start to finish, communication was brilliant, Ethan was friendly and polite and got straight down to the initial job of the leak and when he had to go and get a part to sort that job he thought about the other request of connecting some pipework for us when he got back he fixed the leak and reconnected the pipework which saved him visiting again. We have already spoken to him about coming back to carry out more work us. In summary just brilliant !
