Daniel sorted out a long standing leak in my flat roof extension that other roofers had failed to correct. It was a tricky fix due to a large glass lantern that I didn’t want removed but he took the time to work out a plan that ensured the entire roof was improved to a high standard. His communication throughout the whole process was excellent and the regular updates via pictures / videos of the different stages of work were appreciated. All work was completed in a timely manner and he left everything neat and tidy. I definitely recommend him and have hired him to redo my loft roof too!

Removed old asbestos garage roof and replaced with boarded and felt roof. Finished upstands with coping stones . A very neat and tidy job done including replacing blown brickwork.

From the start Dan was brilliant. Its never good to find a hole in your roof, but Dans quick response to the inquiry and advice, put my mind at rest that it could be just a simple repair. You never quite know what they're going to find but after a thorough inspection by Dan he was satisfied there where no other roof issues. A quick and efficient repair meant they were done in a few hours. A great price for a job well done. Will definitely be recommending him and using him again.

I had a persistent leak in my roof, which had been reccurring for many years. Roof repairs had failed to fix it. Daniel identified it as coming from the chimney. As the chimney had originally been built for an old oil-fired boiler flue, it was decided to remove it. Dan carried this out with a minimum of mess and all waste materials removed. The standard of work was very good and (fingers crossed) I can finally stop mopping up after every heavy rain shower! wouldn't hesitate to recommend Goldseal, in fact, I have just asked him to carry out another roof-related task for me.
