  Frame and door fitting

  This job was assigned to the Marcin/Gold Saints to do the frame supply and fitting along with the door hanging and lock replacement. We agreed on the price and the start date. Then he kept pushing the start date stating that he cannot find the right frame. After spending 3 days he sends me an 'sorry' message that he cannot find the right material and the one he found was about 5 times the budget. He wasted my 3 days and in turn delayed the dependent work massively impacting my timelines as I relied on his word and now will have to restart my search for a new carpenter.

  He wanted make a door with a frame from a very good material, which was oak wood, this kind of material from a carpentry workshop cost 550 pounds Mr Preetek said it was too expansive, which he told me when I was looking for good material for him
