Caused from a leak from upstairs, this ceiling had been left to dry out, and needed a re skim/paint

Damp causing major areas of walls to blow (come away from brickwork). We will take back the surface to brickwork before applying a three coat waterproofing render mix followed by plastering and painting to restore the solidity of the property.
