Back door lock was impossible to use. The tradesman quickly assessed the problem and replaced faulty parts to leave the lock in perfect condition. The price was very agreeable as well.

Our bedroom door latch had broken and we couldn’t get in. It was urgent my husbands phone, car keys etc were in there and he needed to travel later that day. Even on a Sunday, Phil responded very quickly and came out in around an hour. He had the door open within minutes and fixed it shortly afterwards. His price was clear and fair, nothing unexpected and very competitive. He was friendly and professional. He was also excellent with our daughter who wanted to watch and be his assistant, asking lots of questions etc. Highly recommend would definitely use again.

Excellent service and great communication. After giving an approximate time, Phil messaged an hour or so after I called him to let me know he would be arriving shortly, to fix a bathroom window lock mechanism. He was friendly, polite and seemed very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Phil is friendly and also very knowledgeable/experienced locksmith He identified and fixed the problem quickly. Although he was here 20 mins there was no charge even for an urgent call out. Highly recommended.

Great bloke , knows his stuff !!

Philip was able to come out immediately to fix my broken lock, it took him less than 30 minutes to remove the broken key, create a new one and even gave my door a little service so it shut/locked properly. Philip was really friendly & professional, I would definitely recommend him!
