As a locksmith, I often meet people not having the best of days. They might be locked out late at night, dealing with a break-in, or might be vulnerable and emotional. In those moments, empathy is so important and really matters.
I believe in treating people how I’d want to be treated myself — with respect, patience, and honesty. That means explaining what I’m doing, charging fairly, and never taking advantage of someone when they’re under pressure.
Anyone can change a lock, but not everyone can make a difficult situation feel calmer and safer.
