The most loveliest and hardworking people I have met in a long time. Work was flawless, as was their communication. The bathroom looks amazing and the hard work was second to none. Very polite and professional. Would have them back in a heartbeat for any other work.

Derrick & team fitted a new shower unit and tiles in my bathroom and loo.

Derrick was helpful at successfully identifying the cause of a leak. He returned later that week to successfully fix the issue. However, I would not recommend Goldcrest: - Derrick was 2h late to quote for the initial job, with very limited communication despite us sending multiple messages & phone calls - the price for a 5-10 min job to replace a washer on a washing machine pipe was £90 + VAT. I felt the high cost charged was taking advantage of myself being a solo female - I paid the invoice yet a week later had Derrick chasing for payment. He has still never confirmed receipt of payment

I've used goldcrest works a few times. The reason I keep going back is you get a great job completed on time at an honest rate. It's hard to find good tradesmen and even harder to find one you can trust completely.

Goldcrest completed my bathroom complete enovations and decoration. They were professional and delivered what was promised with not surprises in terms of the overall cost. I appreciated their expert advise. They were responsive and their communication was impeccable. The quality of their work was impressive and i am a very happy customer. I would recommend them to anyone who would like to have similar work done.

The job turned out to be much more involved and complicated that thought and went wrong resulting in a leak through to the kitchen ceiling. However, Derick simply got on with it, fixed the original issue perfectly, and all subsequent “side issues” including making good any water spills, minor ceiling damage and even repainted to make sure we were happy. A “simple job” turned into a 5 hour job and there was not one complaint. Jobs don’t always go as planned and it is how you deal with issue that defines a goods tradesman.Fantastic service in difficult circumstances. Highly recommend.
