Goldcrest completed my bathroom complete enovations and decoration. They were professional and delivered what was promised with not surprises in terms of the overall cost. I appreciated their expert advise. They were responsive and their communication was impeccable. The quality of their work was impressive and i am a very happy customer. I would recommend them to anyone who would like to have similar work done.

The job turned out to be much more involved and complicated that thought and went wrong resulting in a leak through to the kitchen ceiling. However, Derick simply got on with it, fixed the original issue perfectly, and all subsequent “side issues” including making good any water spills, minor ceiling damage and even repainted to make sure we were happy. A “simple job” turned into a 5 hour job and there was not one complaint. Jobs don’t always go as planned and it is how you deal with issue that defines a goods tradesman.Fantastic service in difficult circumstances. Highly recommend.

After our shower door suddenly shattered, we decided to replace the tray and door entirely. Goldcrest were able to come in and do the work very quickly. I respected the professionalism - they managed to replace the tray without cracking a single tile (which other companies said would be impossible to avoid) - they cleaned up the shattered glass from the old door and after themselves too. I'm pretty happy with the install, and would recommend Goldcrest to others :).

I was in a dire situation when Derrick arrived. He immediately made me feel calm. Not only was he able to carry out an immediate assessment of the work he was able to start on Monday! The work was completed to a high standard and additional damp proofing and insulation in a bay window which was beautifully finished. Derrick kept me updated as they went along and they were respectful of the personal belongings in the property. I would highly recommend this company.
