Sleak, friendly, professional

On time and very polite, job well done

Micheal came on a Friday evening to fit me in the same week as my request as he knew how desperate I was to have my carpets cleaned. He called to speak to me and sent me pictures of other work he had done and a quote for mine. He kept me updated on his ETA arrived on time - talked me through what he was going to do and showed me in between rooms what he had done, he moved everything to ensure he got all the carpets every corner, and was kind enough to put everything back. I would highly recommend, I have already to my family. Thank you for your hard work on my carpets and customer service.

Michael was were very prompt at all communications from the beginning to getting the quote until to the end when the job was completed. The quality of work was very thorough and they worked with us when we had a problem that morning with no hot water. We will definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to other schools within our trust.

Michael and his team did an excellent job. They were highly professional, communicated clearly, and sent regular updates during the job. Would definitely recommend.
