Very pleased with the service that Chris provided. I had contacted him regarding an annual boiler service for our Baxi 105 HE - he was very prompt with his reply and quote. During the inspection Chris identified a crack in the rear insulation panel and explained the risks of leaving it in situ and costs for replacing the panel vs the whole boiler. As our boiler was already quite old and Chris provided a competitive quote, we opted to replace the unit. The new unit was in the next day - very happy with the quality and speed of work.

Chris was brilliant from the moment I spoke with him. He managed to fit us in for a new boiler within 2 days which we couldn't have been happier about. He Explained everything clearly and was very tidy. He installed a Baxi boiler and it has worked brilliantly. Chris also finished the job within a day which was great. Highly recommend Chris to anyone and will definitely use him again for any heating / plumbing issues.
