2 A company to avoid

Quick to respond to the initial call, but harder to reach and to get them to commit to a date. When the engineer finally came to conduct CCTV works, they failed to produce a report for over 2 months. We didn't receive anything, even though we had specifically told them we needed these to resolve a neighbourly dispute regarding the pipes. Our contact at Go-Flow was at times rude and refused to respond. Only when we raised a formal complaint did he admit the CCTV footage was lost (2 months later!) and promptly sent another engineer and a video 1 day after the visit. 10 Needed a Macerator replaced

Go-Flow kept me updated on what was happening even after we had to rearrange a few times, Carrie was amazing! She talks to you as though you are her friend and makes you feel comfortable. The plumber (sorry didnt catch his name), was so lovely, he explained exactly what needed done, and completed the job quickly and professionally. Left my bathroom immaculate, and gave us advice on best practice when using a macerator. Would definitely use Go-Flow again, Highly Recommend.
