  Thank you for the outstanding service. The engineer was courteous, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He was respectful of my property at all times and took care to leave everything clean and tidy. I’m also extremely grateful for the swift response in resolving my drainage issue — it was dealt with efficiently and to a very high standard. Many thanks again for such a reliable and professional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to others.

  Efficient caring company

  Very hsppy with job carried out. Plumber running late but phoned to let me know. Not a huge job. But insisted on cleaning up afterwards. I live in edwardian ptoperty with weird plumbing. My clearance affected neighbour below. They came back to sort this out.

  Great price and no issue with the product or install so far. What lacks greatly is comunication, quote accuracy, and professionalism. Added an extra £600 on the day because they hadn't come out to look at the property before the day. Quotes and invoices are not broken down at all, and we were left a bit confused by the install after they had left. They left all of their rubish (cardboard etc) just outside the flat building (this was not stuff that was in our flat before it was the packaging from the product they installed) and the old tank just outside the door of the building, meaning an elde
