Barry was absolutely amazing. No hard sell, just turned up (on time) measured, made some suggestions (which saved us 000’s), very competitively priced. Did an amazing job and would highly recommend. (Haven't added a picture of back of house yet because landscapers are working on garden and it’s too muddy).

Barry from Godiva came on the day and time he said he would to quote for the work to be done. Very polite and understood what was needed. He gave us alternative quotes as we had requested so we could see what would be the better option money wise for us, and told us how long it would take until fitting. When Casey the fitter came he was very polite, and courteous. He put dust sheets down to protect the carpet. The job was well finished, with the sealant even matching in with our black grout. Would recommend them to others, and would use them again on other jobs as and when they are required.

The workmanship is fantastic and very polite and tidy. After a year our patio doors had a problem they came the next day and fixed it no quarms. Then after 2 years we had a problem with downstiars window being stuck they came the next day and sorted it out no problem. Very polite and kind. I would recommend Godiva Windows they are proffessional, neat and tidy and are always at hand for any minor problems after fitting.

I was very nervous about getting new windows as my son has severe allergies such as dust and mould. The windows we had were not fit for purpose any longer. The gentleman that came to give us a quote was kind and understanding to ours sons allergies. The quote was the best we received. The fitter tidied as he worked and he communicated what he was doing and didn't mind my children asking him lots of questions. Very calm and patient. Will return and definitely recommend this company. Thank you for a fabulous service!

It has been 5 years since Godiva carried out a full double glazed installation of the house. A small problem had occurred with the kitchen window. Requested one of the fitters to come out and have a look. Arrived next day said he would call back tomorrow. To my surprise came back about an hour later. Resolved problem, Casey was very professional and job was sorted. Compliments to both Casey and Barry. Excellent customer service
