  Repairs to flat room following a leak

  We found a leak from our flat roof, and Goat responded, investigated, quoted and repaired in the space of 3 days! Really quick turn around, reasonable priced and fantastic job! Easiest experience with what could have been a dramatic issue.

  Extraction for hob through roof.

  Arrived a little before time so that was impressive, communication fantastic, took the time to source the extraction set I wanted and explained clearly why we needed to deviate. Super neat job, respectful and polite. 10/10.

  Fixing leak in flat roof

  Arrived when expected. Showed me photo of evidence of where the work needed to be done. Explained what was required. Completed the work in 5 hours. Very meet and tidy. It has yet to rain so I don’t yet know if the problem has been resolved.

  Replacement of roof tiles; fixing/replacement some roof rafters; capping with UPVC facia board

  Complete replacement of original roof tiles on a 1930s bungalow, including installing breathable membrane; replacement of rafters around area of unsatisfactory (very old) capping chimney works; capping facia boards with UPVC; replacing gutters. We decided to place our faith in Jamie based on reviews and the care and attention that he provided from the get-go. Jamie was unwavering in fulfilling the brief, despite hitting some snags along the way. Very impressed with Jamie and crew with their professionalism throughout and very happy with the results. Would not hesitate to recommend.

  moss removal

  Mine was a routine job removing some moss build up & applying an inhibitor, plus we also agreed to have a bit of guttering replaced and some additional maintenance type repairs. All done very well - drone footage supplied so we could see. Chris & Carl were very polite and pleasant. No shouting or loud music etc, which I appreciate very much. I do plan to use GOAT again in a couple of years, before the moss builds up again

  Moss scraped off roof and gutters cleaned

  Really cheerful and polite guys scraped a lot of moss off my roof, checked tiles, applied anti moss treatment, cleaned and tested gutters. Cleared up nicely and showed me drone pictures. Definitely recommend :)
