  Building Facade Repair

  We had a ongoing problem with our bay windows including movement over two levels and cracking to external wall. We were recommended GNT by Merstham Glass who supplied and fitted our replacement windows and front door. The work was complex and required temporary propping and removal of the existing external wall at first floor. As a structural engineer I was very impressed by the technical understanding of all involved and the work done was to a very high standard and to a level of technical detail rare to find these days. The process was excellent and the end product superb.

  Full house refurb, garage conversion, new bathrooms, reconfigure rooms, new heating system & rewire

  Genti and his team have been brilliant from start to finish. Great communication, honest, hard-working, diligent and professional. We are over the moon with the end result. We had a garage conversion to a bedroom, installation of 3 new bathrooms, new kitchen, full electrical re-wire, new boiler and heating system and refurbishment of the entire house. We cannot fault anything. Genti said he would do something and it would get done and his team were a pleasure to have around. We would 100% recommend Genti and his team - the best builders we have ever had!

  Replacement of wooden lintel with structural steel.

  GNT were recommended by a friend. On first meeting Genti struck us as professional, friendly, clear and straightforward. This, and our guts, told us he was the pick of those who had quoted. The men he got to do the work turned up on time, were polite, courteous, and skilled. They did a very good job and cleaned up after each day. Work was done on time and to budget. Genti updated us throughout the job, his favourite question is "are you happy?" and he is not satisfied until the answer is yes. I unreservedly recommend GNT construction and will use them again should we need other work done.

  Full back extension and side roof

  Meeting Genti at the initial stage ( quotation ) put us at ease , he’s a straight talking individual who does what he says he will do ! The team was always on time and tidy too ! We had our discussions throughout the build process on what directions to go/ do, Genti’s knowledge and experience was invaluable throughout helping us with it all , We have to say it’s a stressful thing doing a renovation and even when we disagreed on things he always came up with a solution that left us happy with the overall results . We would definitely recommend GNT construction !

  Small kitchen extension

  We were recommended Genti and his team by a friend, and it was a fantastic recommendation. Genti has given us an absolutely perfect result, with great attention to detail and a superb quality of craftsmanship. He has such good experience and vision that he can advise and contribute to the overall finish. His team are incredible and work extremely hard. They are courteous and considerate and tidy up every day. Genti is honest and decent and entirely up front about all costs, and the finished project was entirely as per the original estimate. I cannot recommend him more highly.
