  “Deep” Clean

  I booked a deep clean which included the materials but the stuff provided wasn’t appropriate (eg no general spray, just shower spray, no brush and no limescale remover). The lady providing the materials was late to drop them off and then didn’t show up to pick it up til the next day. She was quite threatening when I said the clean wasn’t up to my standards but eventually accepted that it wasn’t good. They offered to come fix it but I wasn’t comfortable to have her in my house after the aggression. The cleaner was nice and worked hard despite a lack of appropriate cleaning materials.

  Ty for your feedback, Zoe. We offered a free return visit, which was declined, and at no point was our team threatening. As a goodwill gesture, we applied £20 discount(over 22%)on the £90 fee. We always aim to provide a fair and professional service.

  My place was in need of a deep clean, and they did an amazing job thoroughly cleaning and leaving everything super fresh and clean. They were very profesional and punctual! The service overall was great, will most definitely be coming back, thanks again!!

  “Outstanding Patio Transformation by GMS!”

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely thrilled with the service from GMS! They did an incredible job jet washing my patio — the transformation is unbelievable. As you can see in the before and after photos, the patio went from looking tired and grimy to beautifully clean and vibrant. It honestly looks brand new again! The team was professional, thorough, and worked efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended!
