9 Expect to pay upfront before the work starts

Job location: NG16Supplied and fitted a cooker hob. Had to pay this tradesman for the work before starting. Its like taking a car for a service and paying for work before its even started. Really put off from using him again because of this. His work is okay. - SSarah J

Upon arriving at your home, we start with diagnostics. Once we have identified the source of the problem, we will give you a breakdown of all the work that is required as well as how long the job will take and how much it will cost overall. If replacement parts are required, we will quote you a price to cover the supply and installation of those parts before proceeding with the job at hand .
