Fantastic company, made the process from start to finish so easy, Michelle who I dealt with mostly for a ramp for my elderly parents was an absolute star keeping me updated with progress and answering all my questions, my mum and dad also commented that all the boys who installed the ramp were very professional and friendly, 10 out of 10, 5 stars!!

Quick initial response advising further contact to arrange site visit. Further contact made within a few days for same day visit but this guy must have got out the wrong side of the bed and was not helpful at all for me to explain my requirements. Decided he didn’t want to quote and stormed off saying I had wasted his time.

Work carried out at my grandmothers property. Workmen very polite, arrived on time, knowledgeable on grab rail installation. Respectful of her property & tied up after the job. Good workmanship got exactly what she required.

The 2 joiners were friendly, efficient and tidy. They took all the old rails away and cleaned up after themselves.

Very efficient business, the guys were very helpful and didn’t cause any upheaval. Got the job done in great time. Would highly recommend.
