Arrived quickly - that's about the only good thing I can say. Quoted £49 as a call out charge, happy with that. Told that the lock needed replacing - quoted £125 which seemed expensive but OK. Broke the old lock by taking a hammer to it - honestly! Fitted new lock, told price had now gone up by an additional £150 to "open up the door." Then charged £374!!!! When asked to have a receipt showing why an additional £50 they refused to answer. Do not use!!!!
